How to show or Display Yahoo Messenger online or offline status Icon on Blogger blogs

We not only sharing tips through blogging but also make a better relationship with fellow blogger and readers. We develop ourselves and make us more popular with communicate blog readers.

If you displaying yahoo messenger status icon on blogger blogs then it will allow your blog readers to communicate with you whenever you come online. We also using some pre-configured Yahoo! Messenger code to show ourselves Yahoo messenger online or offline status on our Blogger blog.

If you are Online Yahoo Messenger Online

If you are Offline Yahoo Messenger Offline

If  you are online on Yahoo messenger then status icon will get changed to the I’m Online icon. If someone clicks on the icon, it will direct him to Yahoo Messenger window to start chatting with you.

How to displaying Yahoo Messenger Status icon on Blogger Blogs

At first log-in to Blogger dashboard

Then navigate to Layout >> Page Elements

Then click on Add a Widget >> HTML/JavaScript >> paste the following code

<a href=”ymsgr:sendIM?mymuse88″><img src=”http://opi.yahoo.com/online?u=YOURUSERNAME&m=g&t=Style” border=”0″></a>

Then save all the changes.

Remember to change YOURUSERNAME to your actual Yahoo! Messenger username.
