How To Run Google Talk (Gtalk) In Firefox Sidebar

We use online messaging service to connect our friends and relatives online. If users think to use online messaging service most of the users choose Gtalk. Not only you can contact them you can also talk with them through Google talk. For all of this you must need to install it on your computer. After installation you save it on your desktop or any where else and then use it when you need.

But you can use Google Talk or Gtalk on your firefox browser. Now most of the users use Gtalk firefox sidebar. So use this Gtalk plugin firefox for your firefox browser. Here is a tutorial about how to run Gtalk in Firefox sidebar.

How to use or run  Gtalk in Firefox sidebar

  1. Add Google talk to your bookmarks. (Right click >> Bookmark This Link)
  2. Go to your Bookmarks tab in your browser and locate this bookmark. Click on it’s Properties and then check the option saying Load this bookmark in the sidebar.
  3. Now again go to Bookmarks tab on your browser and click on this bookmark.
  4. Then You can see the Google Talk (Gtalk) in your Firefox sidebar.
  5. Sign in to your Gtalk account and start talking with your Google friends.

You can also use several Firefox plugins to run Gtalk with Firefox. You can also use them to run Gtalk in Firefox browser.

  • Gtalk Sidebar : Now you can start using Gtalk from your Firefox browser by using this Firefox plugin.You do not need to download Gtalk.
  • iGtalk : Download and install this firefox plugin. After installation press Ctrl+G to start using Gtalk from your firefox browser.

Follow the above steps to run Google Talk (Gtalk) in Firefox Sidebar. You can also apply invisible mode in Google Talk that a user can not know wheather you are online.
