Former Indian captain Kapil Dev inducted into Cricket Hall of Fame in Dubai
Kapil Dev is one of the cricketers name associated with the Indian Cricket League. Just recently the former Indian captain and all-rounder Kapil Dev was introduced in ICC’s Cricket Hall of Fame in Dubai on 9th March 2010 for his contribution to world cricket with both in bat and the ball.
At one stage, he was the highest wicket-taker in Test cricket by taking 434 wickets and had also 253 wickets in ODI.

Kapil Dev is the name to be remembered not only for his bowling, he had also scored 5248 runs in Test matches which includes eight centuries and 27 fifties, at an avg of 31.05 and 3783 runs in ODI.
According to Kapil Dev, he was very happy to be named along with so many cricketers in the Hall of Fame. The others names those are a part of the Hall of Fame previously are Sunil Gavaskar, Wasim Akram, Clive Lloyd, Richard Hadlee etc.
