How to Forward All Mails From One Gmail Account to Another Gmail Automatically. As we know most of the users use gmail. Many users have more than one gmail with several user name and password gmail account. To check our mails or messeges we login to our gmail account. But it is not only a difficult task for all bloggers to login to one gmail account and then log out and login to another account but also it takes a lot of time.

Now you can merge all gmail accounts with one gmail account. You do not require to login several gmail account and logout before login another. Now you can manage all your emails and messeges of several gmail account using one gmail account. You can forward all emails of several gmail account to one gmail account. How to Automatically Forward Mails from One Gmail to Another Gmail Account

  1. At first login to your primary Gmail account where you want to receive mails from other gmail accounts.
  2. Then click on “Setting” button located at the top right side of your account.
  3. Now select  “Accounts and Import” button and then click on “Send mail from another address”.
  4. A pop up window appears now, enter the email address of your another gmail account and click on “Next Step” button.
  5. Now you can find another window click on “Send Verification” button. Just click on the button to verify that the email address you entered is correct.
  6. You can see another box, enter the Verification code, sent to your another gmail address. Login to your another gmail and copy the code you received from gmail. Paste the code in box like 1/2/3 so on and click on “Verify” button.

Now a new email address has been added and confirmed to your Primary gmail account. Similarly add all email address using the same method. Verify and confirm all the email address. You can send mails from several gmail account to one gmail account.


How to forward Mails from several Gmail account to primary Gmail account

Just follow the top steps to send all Mails from several Gmail account to primary Gmail account and then follow the below steps.

  1. Click on the “Labels” button located near with “Accounts and Import” button under Setting. You will see a box. Write the name of your new label and click on ‘Create” button. After creating a “Label” create a new Filter. Click on “Filter” button located near the “Labels” button. Under “Filters” setting click on the button “Create a new Filter” and you will see another window. Enter your email address in the T0: box and click on “Next Step”.
  2. Another box will appears where you have to select the “Label” you create before. Now tick on “Apply the Label” and then choose the label you created before. Now click on “Create Filter”
  3. Click on “Setting” and then select “Forwarding and POP/IMAP”. Now you will see another box. Just select “Forward a copy of incoming mail to” and type your primary email address. Now click on “Save Changes”. Now all your mails automatically send to your primary gmail account.

The above tricks or steps helps you to forward all mails from one Gmail account to another Gmail. You can easily send mails from one gmail account to another gmail account or many gmail account to one gmail account but always remember create different Labels for different email address.
