Health is wealth. Health and Fitness has now become one of the major concerns. We are doing physical exercise to make life active and alert. Usually Bloggers spend a lot of time with computer or laptop. Bloggers spend a lot of time in front of their computer without taking care of their health. This post is all about health tips for bloggers.
Due to irregularity we faced some numerous health problems. To make their site impressive, prefect and to attract visitors bloggers work for a long time. This working procedure make them tried and effect on their health. Bloggers should not neglect about their health because it can affect the efficiency of their work. We must have to take care ourselves and set a proper routine to keep going far in this way.
If we are not take care about our health we are suffering from several health problems. We also need meditation and yoga to make ourselves free. As we spend a lot of time in front of computer or with computer and we are suffering from several problems such as neck pain, back pain, eye problems, headache or migraine, hand pain, weight gain and obesity, stress and depression, alcohol and smoking problems.
To keep yourself healthy and make you refresh I found some useful tips and bloggers routine given here. Simple fitness exercises can help to have a fitter and healthy life. Health Problems and Health Tips :-
Eye Disease
Due to we are spending a lot of time in front of our computer or laptop then it can effect on eyes and cause eye diseases like Glaucoma. The brightness and colours of computer can affect our eyes. It may causes dark circles under the eyes. So always keep a good cover on your computer. Do some eye exercises in between your work. Wash your eyes in a regular interval. Blink your eyes for 5 to 10 minutes. Don’t rub eyes better to use anti glare glasses as suggested by some physicians. Eat Grass leaf and small fishes. Or you can reduce your work time to keep your eyes healthy.
Neck Pain:
Neck pain is the common problem for all the computer professional and bloggers because they sit for a long time in front of computer. To avoid neck pain do some physical exercise for neck and avoid sitting long hours in front of computer. Take small breaks in a regular interval stand up and walk for few minutes. This exercise is for good blood supply to your brain. Move your neck right left in regular interval and also you can move it in circular motion.
Weight:
Sitting in front of computer on one place for a long time daily can increase your weight. We also don’t take rest after eating so that it increases our belly. To keep yourself slim and maintain your weight do some exercise at morning such as jumping, running and skipping. Fix a time table before your day starts and one more time in the evening. If you are already fat then drink little hot water with adding lemon and honey.
Depression:
Depression is also a common problem for bloggers. Actually thinking more about site rank, popularity, increasing subscriber, money making can depress bloggers. So to keep you away from depression spend some times with your parents, relatives and friends. Sleep on time, wake up on time and eat on time. Do meditation and yoga. Give sufficient rest to your body as required. Read some jokes and funny books.
Food:
Eat nutritious foods, take vitamins and supplements as needed in time. Don’t take alcohols and don’t smoke because it is very bad for your health. Drink some fruit juice regularly. Take a healthy break fast at morning.
Hand Pain:
It is mostly happen with us because we are always using key board with strait hand. We spend a lot of time for typing so that we need some finger exercises regularly. Stretch your hand up and down, move hands and move wrist in a circular motion.
Back pain:
Back pain is the most common factor for all bloggers because they spend a lot of time in front of computer with a chair. Due to we sit for a long time that causes back pain so to avoid this problem stand up and move here and there in a regular interval. Always keep your knees little above. To keep away from back pain sit strait and try to use low-back support chairs.
I hope all the above tips help you to maintaining your health and create a better blogging. So take care of your health make yourself strong. If you are not taking care yourself you most suffers from many Disease and spend a lot of money to cure you.
